I hate to admit this, but I am in my 40's and I loved the books in this series. I saw Eclipse at a 10:00 pm show on 6/30, and it was packed with women (some w/ men) mainly in their 20's-40's. On the movies: Twilight was a bad movie that I can't get enough of, New Moon a better movie that I can't get enough of, so far Eclipse is my favorite of the three--it actually is a good movie. K. Stewart's acting was greatly improved over the other 2 installments---she was more like what I expected from reading the books. Most of the scenes I wanted to see were included in Eclipse, although altered. I really wanted to see the kidnapping/ slumber party with Alice to see the relationship of Bella and the Cullen girls and that was not in the movie. Basically ,if this movie included all the important scenes in the book and took 4 hours I would have been happier---the same is true for the other 2 movies. I would love to see this in an HBO series (as the first movie was soooo bad, it needs to be redone--possibly from Edwards point of view--Midnight Sun anyone) and really see the books fully depicted on screen, but until that happens (wishful thinking) if you liked the books see Eclipse. It was enjoyable to this twi fan.
