I must say this was the best movie in the Twilight series. You get so deeply involved in the movie that the 1 hr 48 mins swooshes by and you wish the movie ran a bit longer. Robert Pattinson did a great job and as always Taylor Lautner was fun to watch, but in this entire movie Kristen Stewart was in her best. I will stop right her as if I say more I will start telling you the story itself, which I don't want. I want you go to the theater and checkout the movie. Have fun !!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Watch only if you have nothing else to see

The movie has a great start and the first half is really entertaining. When I went in to watch the move, I had an opinion (based on the posters) that it would be a serious, music frenzy movie. But the first half managed to change my opinion and I really began to enjoy some hilarious college scenes. However the storyline takes a sudden change after the interval. This part of the story I felt was very random and not well thought of. For sometime I felt that the lead actress is suffering from depression because of being separated from her love, but then it suddenly turns out to be "Bone Marrow Aplasia" and magically she gets healed when the lead actor forces himself to be with her. That was pretty weird and hard to digest. The climax was the worst part of the movie. I literally felt that, the director suddenly realized that he needs to end the movie and he said cut to wrap it up. There is no clear climax. What happens to the lead female character in the movie? did she die? did she live in Coma forever? or did she get healed? What happens to Ranbir Kapoor? does he go into depression? does he kills himself? or he finds a way for himself? Well I was left with tons of confusion and questions in my mind by the time the movie ended.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
