The only reason I gave this film 1 star was because there is no option to give it NO stars. This may be one of the single worst films I've ever seen.
We've seen and heard it all before and much better in every conceivable way. The acting wasn't all that bad but very monochromatic and fairly dull. The tempo never picked up and it pretty much flatlines (similar to Edward's heart, I imagine) throughout the entire 2 and change hours. And I never really saw the point of Dakota Fanning. Stick to indy films, my young friend. Work on your craft. No...,really.
I only wish I would have invested in the film company. It is, after all, a cleaned up version of American Pie... Thank you, Chris, I wish you all the best.
