I'd give it a 3.5 if I could. I am an avid Twilight fan but was disappointed.
As for the new looks, Bella looked way too good, how will they make her look like a vampire? By applying the sparkles and giving her contacts? Esme looked too mean. Alice's wardrobe, for someone who is supposed to be so fashionable I was scratching my head. I did like the new Rosalie. Wolves were good but the movie had a whole new feel which left me wanting.
The writer/director stayed pretty close to the story line.
I have to agree with others, the music was just not right, and where was Bella's lullaby?
Left disappointed and wishing for Catherine Hardwicke and her vision of the story.
