I was disappointed I paid to see this movie. I didn't need to go see Precious to know abuse happens. It happens everyday. There were so many loose ends to this movie. I was also upset I took my two daughters. The dialect was too graphic for children, I think even some teenagers.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
