I agree with the other reviews that it started out slow. It turned out different than I thought from the previews, I thought it would be more of a thriller. Definately took a twist that was unexpected. Some scenes were "emotional" and dark. I'm a big fan of the movies that deal with mental institutions (my career in Mental Health) and this one didn't let me down. Will see again.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
