Okay, first off let me say that I've read all four books and definitely enjoyed the movie! I felt like the movie was too short for the book. It seemed like the director was force to place important events in the book in scenes that were back-to-back, in order to tell the whole story in less than 2 hours. In doing so, a lot of background info and details were left out, things that would've made it feel more like a retelling of the story and not a "cliff notes" version of the book. Overall, the actors were good for a low budget film (Kristen did an amazing job) and the settings were beautiful!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
