I adore a great love story, so I was really excited to see The Vow. Unfortunately it did not live up to my anticipation. I thought it was just "blah" and a mediocre film. I would save your money and wait until this came out on DVD. Really not a must-see love story as it's being billed.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
