Sandra Bullock gives an absolutely remarkable performance as Leigh Ann Touhy.
I've loved this story ever since I first read Michael Lewis' article in the New York Times Magazine in 2006.
The crossing of lines of race and class in a Southern city still happens all too infrequently in this century. The genuineness of ths human story is captured brilliantly by the filmmakers.
