Good but something's missing

I loved the first movie and I had rather high expectations for this one. Well, the visuals were great, the acting was better and the fights excellent but the movie lacked the emotional depth of the book and that was partly because of the horribly out of context soundtrackwhich unlike the twilight score,never managed to convey any emotions.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
