Something for everyone!

Having grown up watching reruns of Star Trek, I was really looking forward to this and made my non-Trekkie husband promise to take me for Mother's Day. It totally delivered! I felt I wanted more of the back story (they tease w/ an older Winona Rider which I imagine shot younger shots with a child Spock). Everyone in my family enjoyed it. Hope they have a sequel!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
