Incredible! Err...

As in, the characters just aren't credible. It's the end of life as we know it and most of the main characters are calm, cool, and collected. The lukewarm pyroclastic cloud was especially noteworthy in that the temperature of that thing would have exceeded 700 degrees, and yet WHOOOSH out flies the twin-engine plane, no problemo! LOL~ Anyways, yea the special effects were pretty cool; but the plot wasn't so hot. I expected scenes of the Earth being ripped apart in a black hole, followed by a big, "THE END." But what we got was 300,000 very selfish people getting shipwrecked on a 2-1/2-hour tour of the Himalayas... :-/
Yes, I recommend this movie.
