Afeter seeing the play twice, I was concerned that Meryl Streep was too old for the part. Boy did she nail it!
Amanda Seyfried was magnificent as Sophie and Christina Baranski was fabulous (I should note that I'm a huge Christina Baranski fan).
The three fathers were a little lame. I don't think any of them will be up for an academy award for their performance.
I WAS dissapointed that the movie rearranged a few of the songs and dropped my favorite song of the movie - Under Attack.
This movie was five stars going into the theater and it didn't dissapoint me. When does it come out on DVD? I'll buy five copies!
