It was a very cute movie, however, it did not stick to the book at all and left out many crucial details, as well as adding some stuff that definitely did not happen in the novel. Read it before you go. The actors were great, but the love runs so much deeper in the novel. The drastically changed ending was my biggest problem with the movie, among many other frustrating details that the movie left out/added. Go see it, it's cute, but definitely READ IT to get the full story.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
