This movie beats the subject of "forbidden love" into a miserable surrender. The actors are over-dramatic and the intimate scenes are killed with long pauses intended to add depth and mystery, but are merely flashbacks of previous scenes played out over and over again in different locations. Yawn! There is some good humor interspersed throughout and this is refreshing and needed in a film this deeply serious.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
