Better Than I Expected

As an avid SATC watcher, my girlfriends and I had weekly watching parties, I was not very excited to see the movie due to such horrific reviews. I am glad to say I was pleasantly surprised. It is not up to par with the show or the last movie, but I do not think it was as awful as other reviewers have said. I think the fashion was terrible, but I enjoyed the awfulness of it. The bond between the women and the fact that we can relate to their relationships with the opposite sex is why we love the show. For me those aspects of the show were in the movie. There was a particularly touching moment between Miranda and Char, as well as other reminders of what the show meant to us all. It wasn't fabulous, but it wasn't bad either.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
