Disappointing

I always put movies into one of two buckets; movie theater worthy or HBO movie. This one is clearly an HBO movie. Don't waste your money going to see this at the theaters.
I was very disappointed with this movie. I expected so much more. Sadly, the reason it was so bad was because of the production team. The acting was great. The dialog was great. But the production team decided to make it even darker than what I'm sure Diablo Cody thought it was. There is NO SOUNDTRACK to this movie, so it is extremely quiet and boring. You'll know what I mean if you see it.
I love Charlize Theron and she did great with this character. But the whole production takes away from how great her performance was. The production team made this movie boring beyond belief. Why they advertised it as a comedy is beyond me.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Due to a power outage in my area, I decided to take my 15 y/o daughter to the movies without any clue of what to see. Went to see Real Steel due to the fact that it was the next movie starting. Really glad that we were so lucky. This was a great movie. I'm not talking Oscar winning, but a lot of fun... we laughed, my daughter cried, we cheered... this movie was A LOT better than I expected. I would recommend it to anyone.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

As a huge facebook addict, I didn't know what to expect going into the movie. I was pleasantly surprised.
The story was superb... very interesting, seeing how the whole facebook phenomenom began.
I was really surprised by all the great acting. Jesse Eisenberg, Andrew Garfield and Justin Timberlake were great, but the nod for best performance from me goes to Armie Hammer who played the Winklevoss twins. That's right, he played both parts, and did an amazing job. My wife was shocked when I told her it was only one guy playing the twins.
If you're a facebook user and ever wonder how it all began, you will love this movie.
Just keep in mind that there are three sides to this story and this one is from the perspective of Mark Zuckerberg. I'll be curious to see if we see Eduardo Saverin's or the Winklevoss versions of the story.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
