While I liked the movie, frankly I was expecting just a little bit more from such an excellent cast. The supporting acting is strong, the dialogue is very funny at times and the characters are well developed. The storyline is strong but not exceptional. Clocking in at ~90 minutes "net" is a good thing else I feel it would have dragged on some. There certainly is some vivid violence with blood.

I don't want to give away too much of the plot so suffice it to say that they build the storyline on a potentially plausible circumstance that could happen someday. The filming and special effects are top notch as to be expected today and the pace remains fast moving which results in a consistently engaging film. It's a bit violent for young kids, while appropriate for teens. If you like action packed movies and can at least enjoy battle movies, you should very likely find the movie enjoyable and entertaining.

Great effects & action, Good story

The movie is very well done and just the right length. Special effects are of course phenomenal and it was great recognizing all the old personalities portrayed my new actors. The only reason I did not rate a 5 was because I didn't think the story was the best and I noted a couple flaws in the plot. If there was a 4.5... :) Definitely go see it on the big screen.
