The Twilight Saga Eclipse

Eclipse was my favorite book and it was by far the best movie of the series thus far. Usually great books don't translate too well to the movies, but they did a very good job of staying true to the book with the Elipse movie, and they captured the most important parts. There was plenty of action and plenty of romance, so it should appeal to anyone. I plan to see it again, and probably more than once, as do the friends that went with me. I can't wait for it to come out on DVD so I can purchase that as well

Better than expected

I had looked so forward to the release of New Moon that I was afraid of being disappointed, but it far exceeded my expectations. I actually liked the movie better than the book, but I think it was because I knew what was coming and I wasn't quite as heartbroken when Edward left as I was when reading the book. The movie followed the book very nicely and all of the emotions were perfectly caputured. I love Jacob and feel for him when Bella breaks his heart, but there is only one Edward and that's the only real choice Bella can make. The wolves were great, as was the fight scene with the Volturi. Great show and I plan to see it many more times. My local paper said it was cheesy, but I didn't see anything chessy about it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
