My husband and I both wanted to see this movie for two entirely different reasons: vampires (him) and great book (me). Both of us loved the movie. There was plenty of over the top action to satisfy those who love traditional vampire stories-the two scenes that standout are the horse scene and train scene-both just incredible. I was pleasantly surprised that the story was very good and engaging. Although slightly different, the movie held true to the book. The actor playing Abe looks like a young Liam Neeson and he did a great job. And as always, Dominic Cooper delivers.
