After reading some negative reviews, I was not sure what to expect from this movie - but I thought it was great. It exceeded my expectations. I am really glad that I saw it in the theater, because I am not sure that the impact will translate as well on a much smaller screen. Almost all of the 3D effect was done well and did not seem odd or gimmicky after a few minutes into the film.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

This movie kept me on the edge of the seat most of the time. It is a movie for fun and escapism. Just buy into the premise and go along for the ride - and it is quite a ride.
