Great effects!

The movie was rich with special effects that were original. However the movie was typical of all movies that deal with the end of the world. At certain parts the movie does keep you on the edge of your seat! I do think the movie was dragged out a little too long. But overall it was a good movie. It also makes you want to do research on the web about what the Myans actually do say about their prediction.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
