The movie certainly followed the book for the most part and only a couple things struck a chord. The absence of internalization with Bella in the woods - which made the scene in the book so much stronger and the tweak of Jacob's gift from a hand made charm bracelet to a dream catcher - other than those I thought the movie was very well made.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
