Ohhh they so blew it!
I was totally excited for this movie...but the characters were totally annoying and not likable, let alone funny til the last quarter of the movie...and by then I was ready for it to be over.
Cameron Diaz's role was totally not necessary.
The car was cool....great idea...needed a different script and possibly a different lead actor.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Wonderful but not for little kids

I thought this was great...it was the classic story and the animation was fantastic--such a cool experience in 3D.
But, parts of this movie--- (the ghosts, the intensity of Scrooge) were too dark, too scary for my 7 year old. I even saw a handful of people walk out.
I loved this but my son did not.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
