Wonderful Performance

What a fantastic way for those of us not near New York to experience great opera. This was a great performance. Don Giovanni (Mariusz Kwiecien) was excellent and Leporello (Luca Pisaroni) wasone of the best I have ever seen. Barbara Frittoli as Donna Elvira also gave an excellent performance.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

There were some brief problems with transmission. As unfortunate as they were, most of the broadcast was clear.
Liu's (Poplavskaya) voice was glorious. Unfortunately, Calaf (Giordani) had a few pitch problems. It was still a fine performance.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
