I was very excited to see this movie considering my boyfriend is in the army...I did not read the book, but from my viewing of just the movie i was a little bit disappointed in it and felt there un-needed drama that took away from the movie as a whole. It was still good and I would probably see it again. I just wish it was a bit different i guess. Channing Tatum was sexy ofcourse! and Amanda did a great job acting in it also....i still suggest seeing it just the trailer made it seem differently.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
