Keeps the Story ALIVE

I only went to the Midnight showing as a BDAY gift for my daughter-- but I loved the adaptation- although- its so TRUE it difficult to put on screen all the important details necessary to truly enjoy the movie.
Disappointed in Bryce Dallas Howard's version of Victoria.. wish they could've kept the original cast in tact.. it takes away from the character effectiveness. Oh Well.... can't have it all!! Love the casting for the wolf Pack.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Not as Good as the book

Loved the visual portrayal, and although most movies are NEVER quite as good as the books, I enjoyed this movie for the action, the look, the feel and and keeping the story moving in the right direction. Definitely captured the essence of key characters' relationships and gave the viewer a "good idea" of things to come.
I highly recommend that any TWILIGHTERS see the movie with an open mind as it is an interpretation of the book..rather than exactly as the book is written. yeah Stephanie Meyers for keeping our young people hooked into a good ol' romance.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
