This movie was definitely interesting to say the least. Duffy chose to up the ante on the comedy and also decided to put spins on the storyline. No it was not an in depth movie, nothing to make you think like crazy.
But what this movie did provide as did the original Boondock Saints, was an action movie that dragged you into its story. It made you feel what the other characters were feeling. Yes greenly was a little awkward, but he made up for it with the same jokes he did in the first movie.
Do not get me wrong, some of the cuts to other scenes made in the movie did not make sense, and some of the acting was definitely ridiculous, but it was funny nonetheless and it did not take away from the overall effect of the movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
