If I wanted to be scared by lights flicking off and on and doors closing by themselves, I would have stayed home and watched the Ghost Hunters marathon and saved myself the $8. This movie did not live up to the hype of "the scariest movie in America" in the slightest. Unless they're comparing it to what it in the theaters right now, then yes - it is scarier than Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs.
