IMAX is the ticket baby

I've seen TDK on IMAX twice and have been blown away both times. Everything from the sound, visuals and scope is amazing and bigger and better. TDK is definitely a great movie on its own and one for the books and not just comic books. This is a hero story, a detective story, a good vs. evil story. It doesn’t deserve to be pigeon holed as a comic book movie. It carries so much more depth and great story telling. The Nolan brothers’ script is very tight and concise. The acting all around is spot on especially Mr. Heath Ledger’s performance of the Joker, but all the rest of the impressive cast deserves just as much credit. Great movie all around and now I can’t wait for the third chapter to this great saga.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

This movie is everything a comic/superhero movie should be. It has Great charcacters, great sequences and very accurate to the source material. Well done all around; Jon Favreau, Stan Winston and Matvel Studios.
This will land in my top 3 Comic addaptations ever and the bar for summer 2008 has now been set very high.
Big Tip...Stay through all of the credits!!
My only complaint is that I saw a lot of bit parts in the trailers and sneak preview through various outlets.
