...the grandeur of this production of Rossini's "Le Comte D'Ory".
Everything about it - voices, costumes, direction, etc. - superlative.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I agree with others who wrote that the sound level is too high. That is my only negative criticism. The production, the costumes, the minimalist settings, and of course the voices and performances -- Splendid! I hope you will run this again.
