I am a HUGE fan of the Twilight series. I have read the books multiple times and watched Twilight more times than I can count. I was SO EXCITED for New Moon, but left disappointed, wanting more, and hoping that Eclipse will be better. The special effects were a HUGE leap forward over Twilight. However, the emotion struggle felt in Twilight was lacking in New Moon. The director did not bring me on a journey. I did not feel Edward's internal struggle. I did not feel Bella's struggle between Edward and Jacob. It was just scene after scene and nothing really connected things together. I misssed Bella's narration which was done well in Twilight, but very much missed in New Moon.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
