Stunning special effects the and an interesting story line twist. The writing clearly came second to explosions and crazy good looking machine scenes. The ending was poorly done and it almost ruined the movie for me. Certainly worth a rental, but if you're not a big fan of the series, then this is probably not worth full price.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
