All the ingredients, but overlong & overhyped!

The good: IMAX visuals and sound effects. Heath Ledger, Gary Oldman, Aaron Eckhart. The bad: Christian Bale's raspy Batman & Ms. Gyllenhall as Rachel. The plot was haphazard and needed editing, too long. Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Anthony Michael Hall seem wasted in this. For me it just lacked something and fell flat, not worth all the hype!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
