some laughs but overall can wait for video

Meryll Streep and Alec Baldwin surprisingly had chemistry and definitely delivered some laughs, but I wouldn't rush to go see the movie. I was distracted by the perfect, Pottery Barn/Martha Stewart decor and food, perfect kids and her silly girlfriends. I also thought Steve Martin was miscast. Overall, I would rent this movie and guaranteed you will enjoy it. But, I don't think it is worthy of the Golden Globe nominations.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
