Okay but not great

JJ Abrams is a great director but the plot is complicated and hard to follow. Normally I say just enjoy the ride but the plot is so off-the-wall that anything goes -- think when Patrick Duffy returned after the a year on Dallas and the entire previous year was just a dream. Way too off the wall! Now I understand what was meant by "forget everything."
Plus the dialogue and techno-babble was too fast and hard to comprehend.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Enjoyable ... but not very

Yes -- it is a Bond film.
Yes -- Daniel Craig is again a great Bond.
But though highly anticipated, not very enjoyable. The cinematography/editing was very choppy (ala Bourne) and very difficult to see what is happening -- hard to follow. But worse of all, the plot (aka writing) was not very engaging or easy to understand -- what exactly was Quantum after. And much of the dialogue was hard to comprehend/hear -- i.e. the audio was weak. The ending was such that one can expect that we will hear more about the "Quantum" organization in the next installment.
