technologically very good, the story not so much

it was an amazing technological breakthrough in digitizing actors/actresses and have them presented in a novel way. The story owes too much to Matrix, vietnam war movies, Native American stories (even the chanting) and there are quite a lot of inconsistencies in the file (aren't they supposed to die in 4 mins after exposure in local air without a mask? why are those pilots and bad guys and even the good female pilot flying around without problems?)
there was no character development. Eveyone was either really saintly or really evil. the real world is not like this, sorry,

this is exquisite. Not only was the set breathtaking, Elina Garanca IS Carmen. She is beautiful, a wonderful acress and opera singer, and surprisingly, an excellent dancer. this production brings the opera to a new level. It is important to note that Elina also played (as a blonde, which she is naturally), Romeo in a recently production. The versatility of this person! Bravo! Roberto played Don Jose very well, the obsessiveness of his love was well rendered.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
