Truly frightening

The scariest movie of all time is still The Exorcist. Paranormal Activity is in this genre. I liked it because the woman acts and reacts as most women would and so does the man. He's stubborn and thinks he can take care of the situation. The woman is frightened and thinks he's being an insensitive SOB. I didn't get the sense that these were actors and actresses. It was so well done that it felt like I was truly peering into the lives of two normal people. Two of the scenes towards the end scared the @$%& out of me. The movie achieved it's goal. The movie built up to a well-timed climax and left me with shaking knees as I left the theater. Well done! Perfect Halloween movie!
