I hadn't read the Twilight Saga, because it just didn't fit into a genre that I'd like. HOWEVER, my 13 yr old LOVES the Saga, and by taking her to see this movie, I finally understand what is going on. I actually feel better about letting her read these books now, because I had previously doubted my decision to let her read them. The movie is okay for what it is, I would have chose something else, but this was for my daughter. I'm glad we saw it together, it was a big bonding moment for us.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
