Worst Movie by Von Trier

Even though the acting was amazing, the cinematography beautiful, and you could see a master director at work, the story line was extremely weak and purposeless. He tried to shock for shock-value and I kept feeling that he really didn't have anything to say and that he was desperately trying to find it through the movie. The movie portrayed women as the antichrist and that they really deserved to die when thousands of them were killed as witches. This woman was portrayed as modern-day witch. You can be a misogynist but you don't have to make movies that show that. I was extremely disappointed by my favorite director.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
