I think this movie is fun and interesting for avid cyclists or above. But for the casual watcher (i.e. my girlfriend who is not a 'cyclist') the movie didn't offer much in the way of intrigue or excitement. You might say 'no kidding'... But shouldn't one of the goals have been to appeal to non-cyclists on some level as well?
Yes, I recommend this movie.
