Can Never Live Up to The Hype

Had I not read Kurt Loder's ecstatic review, I probably would have enjoyed this movie more. The sound effects, buildup and acting were all superb, and the story was creepy enough, but the ending ruined it for me.
Having said that, it was a little hard getting to sleep the night I watched it - and I don't scare easily.
Definitely entertaining. And DEFINITELY better than "Saw"!!!
