What a Great Soundtrack!

This movie had such great music (and great talent!) It was a wonderfully fun story and was enjoyable to watch. Not the best movie of all time or anything like that, but certainly worth your while!

A Great Remake

For any old western fans, this was a great remake of the original, and was very true to that original story. For the rest of us, it was just a good movie with good acting and lots of action. Props to the Coen brothers.

I was truly expecting a wonderful movie. It was great, but not quite up to my expectations. Truthfully, I don't know if it would have been worth watching had Robert Downey, Jr. not been the star. But he was and he was fantastic as always.

Growing up with the book, I loved it. It was a great take on the difficulty of childhood and finding your place in the world, as well as recognizing the importance of family. This is NOT a children's movie. I definitely think it's geared at people my age (high school/college age), because we grew up with this book: but my parents really enjoyed it as well. It's a pretty serious movie, but there's also some good humor.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
