We LOVED the Wild Rumpus!

This movie was a big event for my family! My two oldest are in college, the oldest texted me that he downloaded the book to "review" before seeing the movie and had fond memories doing so. The sophomore in college went to the midnight premier and loved it. The two youngest and my husband and me went last night and we agreed, what a great movie, even if a bit dark at times. The story was well done, the Wild Things had very distinctive personalities, and the animation of the Wild Things was exquisite. Since we have such a fondness for the book, we expected to be let down by the movie, and we were pleasantly surprised! I recommend this movie to all families with older children.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
