Great movie

The movie was great.. The IMAX sound made the movie even more engaging. The monsters looked amazing. I was a little sceptical about the voices, but they were well done. James Gandolfini (sp?) did a good job as the main monster Carol. The story was well written which is was surprised about due to the books short length. The boy who played Max is destined for more work in Hollywood. He is a fantastic actor. The only problem I had with the movie was that it seemed like they cut some of the story out of the movie to keep it at a shorter running time. There was one monster that was not fully developed. Other than that it was great to be able to see a favorite part of my childhood on the big screen!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
