Good Movie - Not Great !

As a lover of the books, I was a little concerned how they were going to capture the angst and heatache that I know Bella expereinced. They almost achieved that in the movie, but fell a tad short. There seemed to be some emotion missing from Bella when it came to Jacob and Edward. Bella in the book was completely and irreversibly damaged or strengthened by the exit of Edward. With that being said
Jacob was her rock during this period, and she thought that she could love Jacob. This didnt come across in the movie. It never seemed close enough between the two. This may be due to the time constraints of the movie. All in all the movie did follow the book with the major events, but lost it when trying to bridge the events and emotions.
