wait to watch it or don't when it comes out on dvd

My niece whom is 20yrs old recommended this movie to me. So I was excited to see it, however disappointed when I did. The only reason I would give it a one star is because supposedly it is based on true events. There is only about 5 minutes in the movie near the end that anything really ever happens . I can scare pretty easy and this movie didn't do it for me. Save your money and watch it or don't when it comes out on dvd.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
