Romantic Comedies often get a bad name from reviewers, like those two aging metro-sexuals on ABC weekends. It's not about the plots -- we usually know how they're going to turn out. It's about how the story supports the relationship between the leads and the inside humor contained therein. Date Night delivered in that regard. Despite the zany caper and its (hilarious) freak-show weirdos surrounding Tina and Steve, their characters always kept the love between them alive.
There's always a lot to say reviewing a movie that sux. But `Up In The Air` was so great and had such perfect combinations, what else can you say besides `Great characters, Excellent Script and Brilliant 3rd act.` Not so easy to hit all 3 but this puppy fires on all cylinders.
