Terrible, just terrible technical difficulties

I "watched" Aida at the Owings Mills, MD AMC. Right at the end of intermission, the connection was lost. For about a half hour they tried to restore it. They'd get it back for 2 minutes, lose it for another 10 and the pattern would repeat.
The people at the theater were very rude to my wife when she was getting a refund.
We had friends at other theaters who were able to see the whole opera. They were in places where there was rain, which was Owings Mills' excuse for losing the signal.
I feel the Met should pull the plug on the Owings Mills theater.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
