This movie started off slow, but progressed quickly after. At first there were a few thuds, doors slammed, and banging on walls from the entity... then when Micah decides to take control, the entity shows him who's the boss, and steps it waaay up! Left alone in the house with no help, Katie and Micah are left alone as they battle a force unseen, but clearly felt as the hauntings become unbearable-the last scene of the movie will stick in your mind for days! This movie was creepy and genuinely scary, not monster-jump-in-your-face, but the real, inner feeling of being TERRIFIED, and makes you think about what happens in your room when you fall asleep... dont turn out the lights!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
